At the Noah Kahan Official Store, we want you to love your tour merch and apparel, but if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
